A polysomnography (PSG) is the standard test used in the study of sleep disorders (American Association of Sleep Medicine). The PSG can confirm the diagnosis of a sleep disorder, detect related pathologies and determine the right treatment or therapy.

The PSG is ordered by either a physician who is a member of the Collège des médecins du Québec or a dentist who is member of the Ordre des dentistes du Québec.
